Design + build process
For me, design thinking isn't just a phase — it's something that should flow through the entire process. I used to create products from scratch and was directly involved in every stage, and now AI helps me do it faster.

Discover & Define
I get inside the domain, and map the goals, the users flows and the constraints before a screen exists.
Interviews, tickets and analytics get read (especially via MCP) and clustered in one pass, so the research starts from what people actually said and do.

I turn research into flows, structure and the states that break most tools, then design interfaces as one scalable system.
Interface directions and component variants are generated and thrown away fast, so the one that ships is chosen against a dozen real alternatives — not the first that worked.

I test the flows against real use, ship the interface as a working build, and keep iterating once it's live.
The handoff is a working build: I write and deploy the real interface myself, so whoever's picking it up gets something live to test against, not a document to interpret.
